Commissions
Overview on the rights of the art and the artist for work you hire me for.

Permissions and usage on TTRPG content you have purchased from me.
Adopts
Details on what you can and can not to do with character designs you have purchased from me.
Commissions
-As the artist I reserve the right to turn down any commission for any reason.
-I only accept USD, payments can be made through PayPal or Ko-fi. Full price is due before I start the commission.
-You will only receive a refund if the commissioned piece has not yet been started.
-I reserve the right to use the commission on social media and or for further commission advertisements.
-There is a 7% sales tax to be applied to all commissions. This is NOT listed on my commissions sheet prices so please plan accordingly.
Requirements
An image reference of the character is required! I recommend using Picrews and or Hero Forge if you don't have other drawings/references.

As The Client
-You are allowed to post the work to your own social media but you must credit me. You also must credit me if you use it for a PFP, Banner, etc.
-You are NOT permitted under any circumstance to use my work as an NFT and or put into an AI Art generator of any kind.
-You are not allowed to claim the commission as your own artwork.
-You are not allowed to print or replicate the piece for profit, unless further discused, but you are allowed to for personal use.
-If you do NOT want your piece(s) posted on social media, please inform me within the first 24 hours of receiving the completed piece.
-If I do not hear back from a client after 7 business days, the piece will be shelved. There is USD fee that can be paid to continue the piece priced at half the cost of the original.

-Under any circumstances these products are NOT to be resold.
-If you subscribe to my Ko-Fi, you will NOT be refunded the money you purchased one of these PDFs with.
-If used in any sort of media (artwork, podcast, etc.) you are to credit me in any of the following ways: The link to my Carrd OR Link to my Ko-Fi

-Under no circumstances are these allowed to be turned into NFTs or used in AI Generation of any kind.
-You are not allowed to claim the artwork as your own for any reason.
-You are allowed to repost this on social media as long as you properly credit me.
-You are not allowed to print and sell the artwork for commercial use, but you can for personal use.
